2018-2019 CNN SPURS MINOR HOCKEY REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration is now open for the 2018/2019 hockey season.
*** New families to CNN must contact Braelynn at braelynn@hotmail.com (must provide a copy of birth certificate and utility bill with address)
Key dates:
June 5 - 30, 2018 On-line registration opens
July 1 - August 15, 2018 Late fees apply to all registrations ($100 per player)
August 15, 2018 On-line registration closes
Registration will only be accepted online via the Hockey Canada registration website:

Returning players: If you registered online last year, please login to your same account. All player information will be included there. Otherwise, set up a new family account that you will use each year to register your players. Ensure to include your physical address (legal land description for rural players) in your registration.
New registrants including transfers from another association must register by contacting our Registrar directly. You will be required to provide proof of residency (e.g. power bill with legal land location) as well as a copy of the player’s birth certificate and a completed Parent declaration form. All parents will be required to complete Hockey Alberta’s Respect in Sport Parent Program before registration is completed if they have not already done so. See www.hockeyalberta.ca for details.
Players wishing to try out for AA / AAA for levels starting at Peewee must still register with the CNN Spurs Minor Hockey Association first. After that you will be eligible to complete the forms necessary to allow your player to tryout. Please contact our Registrar for further information on this process.

Pee Wee 12 and under 2006-2007 $750

Midget 17 and under 2001-2003 $820
Per family:
Administration fee** $125
Fundraising fee*** $200
*Fees include a team picture, ice time for allotted practices, league and playoff games, referee fees and jerseys.
*A discount of $150 is offered on the registration fees for the 3rd and each additional child registered. Register players from youngest to oldest.
*All player fees increase by $100 on July 1, 2018. After August 15, 2018 registrations are accepted subject to availability and increase by $200 per player.
*Refunds will be subject to a $100 non-refundable fee up to September 1, 2018 after which there will be no refunds except for reasons outlined in CNN Spurs Policies and Procedures.
**If your family is represented at the 2019 Annual General Meeting, a $100 per family credit will be offered toward 2019-2020 registration fees.
***Includes a $100 fundraising deposit that is refundable based on fundraising efforts.
Payment Plans Available
All on-line registrations are payable by credit card including VISA Debit. Cash or cheques will NOT be accepted. All fees must be paid in full by September 1, 2018. A $100 minimum deposit per player is required. The remaining balance can be paid using one of the following options:
- 100% at time of registration
- Equally over three payments due on July1, August 1 and September 1***
- Lump sum payment on September 1
Registration is not considered complete until post-dated payments have been scheduled by credit card (choices are available during on-line registration). All NSF payments will be charged a $25 fee.
