Hockey Dryland Training

Dryland training is a vital component to the development of the competitive athlete. As many players, coaches and managers will find it is very hard to fully prepare an athlete with all the necessary development that they require in a one hour on ice session. Dryland conditioning can be done all year long and with athletes of all ages. It is essential in making your athlete quicker, stronger, faster and more agile. Through the use of plyometric training, endurance training and core strength training your athlete will notice a difference in their physical strength, mental focus and ultimately in their game. We can improve balance and flexibility which will help reduce injury and increase performance.
